"Good Morning Crew! I hope cryosleep was well."
Name: Neil Arbogast.
Species: Human.
Gender Man.
Age: 27.
Usual Jobs: Captain. HOP.
Description:
Neil is an average sized Human Caucasian man of Russian descent. Wielding extreme patience yet a willingness to scream. He is often Captain of a station or HOP if CC deems such. He takes both roles to heart even if it defies the goals of Central Command.
Personality:
Neil is not easy to anger, however, he is the Captain of a station, so he is quite a lot. He is someone who believes duty and his duty to the crew. Protecting the crew is TOP PRIORITY for him. He is more Captain than NT, though he does like working for NT he does not like taking orders from CC. As many times before it has been shown they do not have crew's safety and life has their top priority.
Despite how annoying, absurd, rude, random, horrific, and loud his crew may be. They are family to him.
Most of all, his beloved son, Hamlet.
Adored:
Crew.
Hamlet.
Mechs.
Hates:
Crew.
Nukies.
Engineers messing up.
Notes:
PSYCHOLOGIAL REPORT.
Neil shows signs of mild stress induced insanity and a savior complex. The ladder may be confused for "valiance" and while he certainly has it. He shown to be willing to risk his life to a suicidal degree. As a doctor I am not against the idea of knocking him to safety if needed. Highly unlikely he will respond lethally to his own crew.
He has a psychological reliance on his "son." A hamster named Hamlet. Questioning has shown he likely grew attached to it over time as it helped with the stress of initially becoming Captain. After research I can conclude this need to be father is because of an actual son he has, had, or never had.
SYNDACATE INTEL.
That Hamster could be very useful in operations.
