not a fan of flat out removing the option to do war ops. we should instead balance nukies to favor less nrp rounds; this could probably just be solved by making the amount of tc that war gives less. i also don't think nukies being "the combat heavy" round is a bad thing. even if we are mrp, it is not a bad thing that occasionally the round is more combat/mechanically focused than a normal one. i feel like nukies are pretty rare for us as it is, regardless
for points 2, 3 -- admin issue imo. shuttle ftling away will cause more issues (ex. think of every time a nukie forgot their nuke on the shuttle, this will make that same issue worse). 3 is... i dunno. feel like it would just make salvagers looting the shuttle worse. i also dont want to encourage nukies to be quick because that's Just War Ops. it makes the issue of "near-every round is war ops" worse imo. stealth nukies are fine, if it turns into round stalling then it's an admin issue.
4 is qol i guess. its fine. though if people are throwing the nuke disc out to stall the round then admins should ban em

6 is ok. would personally rather not have ert called without admin intervention, but it's meh. not a big issue
