Background Information: Julius Jenkins is sort of a 'Wild Card' when it comes to Security Personnel. This could either be due to past events, of which he adamantly refuses to share specific information about, or perhaps it is because of how often he ends up being the only member of Security for a majority of a shift.
Julius' name does instill dread in others. However, whom it will instill dread in is dependent upon what job Julius is serving as for the shift. Should Julius serve as the HOS, his name instills some amount of dread in any would-be traitors. If Julius is serving as the Warden, then he instills dread in everyone on station. This is because Julius has a curse upon him that only takes effect when Julius serves as the Warden. How it works is that on average, around 20 minutes or more after Warden Julius arrives on Station, Things will start to go downhill and either keep getting worse, or just plain weird. It had happened every time he has served as Warden, without fail.
