My aim here was to do RP. That's why I chose to die instead of tarnishing the office I was performing my duty, and while doing so I shouted "long live nt" (Of course the warden prevented me from doing this).
I didn't think the suicide was a violation because the clown committed suicide next to us and no admin came to us and informed us via looc, so I accepted this as normal and continued his case even after the clown died. I did this because my aim was to do RP.

They said I had committed 3 major violations, and I explained the first of them.
For the 2nd violation, I used the term "abuse power" when referring to myself to the admin. I said this in a way that would not exceed the IC level. But he misused the information I gave him and said that my action was a "MAJOR VIOLATION". I talked about an abuse that did not exceed the IC limits in the sense of good cop-bad cop. It is more of a behavior that can create a nice case RP through lawyers like corrupted cops.

He said "assult to security" for the 3rd violation. Warden shot me with his gun about 2 sets of 4-5 times in total and prevented me from committing suicide. Then I started to move away from him. When he saw me running away, he shot me again with non-lethal shots and I shot him with my own disabler to deter him. So the situation here is really funny.

Cybsecgineer because firstly, I am both "running" and "shooting walls" within the limits of self-defense, and secondly, I am shooting with my non-lethal disabler even though I have a lethal gun. Also, even after preventing my suicide, the warden is the first one to start shooting at me with a non-lethal rifle, even though there is no reason for it. In other words, there is no assult here, and I am not the one who started it. Despite the fact that there are 4 very solid behaviors that clearly separate this situation from assult, oBerry's saying "You made assult security and made a major break" to me only gives the feeling of bad intentions. No admin in the world can consider this assult. This situation can only be considered self-defense.

In addition to all this, while I was running away from the warden's shots, oBerry turned me into bread. Although I was not very surprised, I continued RP as much as I could. He asked me about the situation through ahelp, and I started to explain it, then suddenly he turned me back to my old state so that the warden could catch me. In other words, it is quite obvious that he was involved in my gameplay here. If what I did was wrong, what's the point of making me human again? I've been playing this game for a long time and I've never seen an admin do something like this.

As I said, we are talking about a game that I have almost 3k hours of and in addition to all this, I have never seen 2 penalties called 1st offense and 2nd offense in the same event. "Normally" an event happens, a penalty is given called 1st offense and after the penalty period has passed, a mistake is called 2nd offense and a penalty is given. It seems to me that squeezing 1st and 2nd offenses into an event is a malicious behavior. Especially considering that I received a sec voucher ban as a penalty, it is assumed that "I guess I killed all the security or blew up the armory with nukies". But I don't think it is fair to give a secjob voucher ban in such an event, I feel a malicious intention again.

NOTE: i checked other ban appeals and if possible i prefer icepick for my appeal. because he is kind and clear in explaining to people where they made a mistake and what should have happened. If possible, I would like him to review my ban appeal. The text "Rejected by the admin team" under my ban appeal does not inform me very much.

For clarification, I did not turn you back into a player. That naturally happens if someone eats a smited bread person. I apologize if there was confusion there, it makes sense for you to make that assumption as you shouldn't reasonably be expected to understand how smites work.
