I'd say it needs to be more that 60, hit that breakpoint so you can't get it and an emag

What if instead it worked kinda like the ninja's blink, where it gives you a special action while held that makes you run really fast [like 50-75% faster] in a straight line to whichever direction you were pointing in while also giving deflection?
