QOL changes:
Double clicking someone on the crew monitor will automatically move your eye to them, as long as they're in view.
You can select a camera to teleport to.
Cameras will shift blue if you're looking at them. It will also get "It appears you're being watched" in it's examine.
YOU CAN ACTUALLY INTERACT WITH GAS MIXERS AND PUMPS
You also get more APCs in your core on every map, for when you become the walmart G.L.A.D.O.S
YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TURRETS IN YOUR CORE AND UPLOAD NOW. You, or anyone else with the access, can toggle them on and off, and make them lethal or stun.
More for Cyborgs, but RCD Modules also come with a Experimental RPD, so they're viable for Atmospherics (And causing Plasmafloods (Dwoop))
Your Core can actually be destroyed. Wont destroy the core itself, but will "Kill" you.
Your Core can also be unbolted by yourself, and you only. Great if a certain asshole cut you off from the station.
You, and your Cyborgs, can interact with a Cryopod to go to Cryosleep/Database storage.
Your cyborgs now get a law 0 (cant state it so emags aren't metagamed) stating they must follow your orders.
Some cameras, such as the vault, armory, your core, and upload will give a notification if someone walks in its view. This cab be toggled by you, and can be enabled on a camera with a proximity sensor.

You can give the Cyborg a alert, similar to a communications console. Useful IF THEY DONT FUCKING RESPOND TO YOUR 500 CALLS ON BINARY!!
Give the Cyborg a checklist. The Cyborg can view them in the Character menu, similar to Antagonist objectives. They can also check them off in a menu, giving you a notification. Great if your cyborgs have the memory of a goldfish.
You also get some neat shit from the assholes from R&D:
AI Shells: A type of brain to be put in Cyborgs, allows the AI to actually do more then be a glorified doorknob.
Robotic Arms: Take control of one to be granted a hand to work with, or two if upgraded. This is stationary, however. Can be upgraded to handle guns.

FUCK. Some asshole just broke the AI. Don't worry, the RD has a new console called "AI Repair Console". Simply intellicard the broken AI, and toss it in the computer. After a few minutes, you got your IBM piece of shit NT calls a "AI" back!

FUCK, The Syndicate knows about your WAY BETTER AND SWAG form, now they either want to steal you for god knows what, or downright destroy you. Traitors can now get the objective of stealing a loaded Intellicard (you), or destroying you. Also, escape pods also count for escaping now.

The good old HAL-9000 clone, the main meat and bones of this suggestion. Requires 10 hours in AI. Your objectives can be:
Do not allow any organic lifeforms to escape on the shuttle alive.
Ensure no mutant humanoids are present aboard the escape shuttle. (EG: Anything but Humans)
Have at least [X NUMBER] active cyborgs.
Kill a target crewmember.
You also get Syndicate Comms, and the codewords.
You also get the good old law 0 "Complete your objectives at all cost." This will persist between lawsets so the blue asshole from command doesn't make you Game Master.
Your form of currency is CPU. This is so you can do more then use the air alarms and bolt doors.
You gain 20 CPU from hacking a APC.
You can also "Shunt" into a APC you hacked. However, you can ONLY use your funny malf AI powers in the core, and become the door shocker again. This is your last resort.
Your abilities are:
Doomsday Device (150 CPU): The classic, 500 countdown bomb. Being intellicarded, having your core destroyed, or shunting into a APC will disable it.
Robotic Factory (100 CPU): Removings shunting, but lets you place a sick ass machine somewhere in camera view with a 1x3 area. Sentient crit/dead thing goes in, good old borgo comes out.
AI Turret upgrade (30 CPU): Makes your turrets deal extra damage.
Hostile Station Lockdown (30 CPU, one time use.): Close, bolt, and electrify all doors and windoors for 90 seconds.
Destroy RCDs (25 CPU, one time use.): Explode all RCDs.
Override Air Alarm Saftey (50 CPU): Will make all Air Alarms effectively useless in terms of firelock activating and detecting the EVIL GAS. Will also allow you to enable Flood mode, disabling scrubbers and making the vents go above normal limits.
Machine Overload (20 CPU): Gives you two uses per purchase, will cause a machine to explode with the same effect as a C4.
Blackout (15 CPU): Will cause a 30% chance on all lights to overload, causing a small explosion. God forbid you caused a plasmaflood.
Enhanced Surveillance (30 CPU): Lets you hear things near the cameras you're using.
Reactivate Camera Network (10 CPU): Fixes a broken camera in the area, can be used 30 times.
