The nanotrasen model employee project
It's a sci/med project that'll award a crap ton of spesos in 'grant funding' and research points, but is very risky. Essentially, sci/med has been trusted with a generous opportunity: their job is to make 'the ultimate human' to be an example/weapon/pawn for nanotrasen.
The ultimate human's sole purpose is to break free and slip into the shadows, eventually escaping on the evac shuttle. They have powers depending on how far sci/med got with the project. If they don't escape in time, they're eventually turned into a non-antag and more of a borg-like entity subject to the command of sci/med
