New ban appeal due to last one having the wrong tags.

Reason for ban: Attacked a borg at centcom (EORG)
What lead up to the ban: The borg has been trying to remove me from my mech ever since evac arrived on station. I warned it multiple times to stop, it kept doing it without responding so I attacked back.
Why you should be unbanned: My actions were simply me trying to get the borg away from me, the replay makes that quite clear. I hope it can be understood why I did what I did. The reason I got banned was due to having a previous offense of the EORG rule which I would also like to tackle as wrongfully applied. The first warning was also issued by Miish. The first instance was me using a tear gas grenade in a remote location of CC in order to showcase my magic of making smoke (have been RPing as a sec wizard for a while), Im pretty sure I was the only person that the tear gas even touched. There was like one other guy around in the area. With this id wish for my actions in both of these cases to be understood and hopefully, for at least one of the two cases, my "charge" of EORG to be lifted so I can be let with a warning and continue to play.

While your ban has expired, I feel it is important to inform you that the notes on your behaviour will be remaining.
Regardless of justification, disruption and violence at CentComm after the round ends are not allowed for any reason. It's a blanket rule, applied no matter what your intent is, and both times show something fitting that description at CentComm happening because of your direct actions.
Enjoy your return, we're happy to have you back, but keep in mind that any sort of similar shenanigans will likely mean something more severe next time.
Just keep the demonstrations to the round itself - there's plenty of time to showcase anything and everything before the shuttle arrives, and you'll save yourself problems down the line.
