We have reviewed your ban appeal, and as a staff team held a vote regarding the appeal. After much discussion, consideration, and review, the results were 78% in favor of maintaining the ban. You are welcome to appeal once again after a month's time, however I feel that it is appropriate to consider how the replay appears. A lot of the discussion was focused on how deliberate the actions appeared, alongside other aspects of the replay and responses. It is in the opinion of the majority of our voting staff that these actions were deliberate, and that we feel as if the claim of rubber banding is not what happened. I suggest that you take the time to consider how this violated the server rules, and maybe consider as well how this looks just at face value.
