Reason for Ban: As the CMO, made heartbreaker toxin, then injected someone they "suspected" of stealing their gear until they were dead. This is a major SOP breach, as well as powergaming, overescelation, and unreasonable failure of command to follow space law. Due to the large number of notes and bans relating to killing players in ways that break the rules, this is an appeal ban. You may appeal this decision at https://forum.funkystation.org/ .
What lead up to the ban: I was playing CMO, normal shift. A random cargo tech pulls up into medbay, throws two cleanades, one after another, then leaves. I notice that my Backpack is missing, I contact security and they arrest them, no items found. I still suspect them. I find this person after they have been released, and I fight them with a fire extinguiser. They then flash me with a flasher which I assume to be mine from my backpack. Later, they come into medbay again, more cleanades, my PDA and headset are now missing is now missing. I prepare the heartbreaker toxin and Hypopen. The cargo tech walks into med again, I give them 3 shots of heartbreaker. They die and I put them in a body bag, I ask to have them borged after Admin message to me to not have them RR. The cargo tech is never borged and comes back. At this point i've had multiple messages with admin. The cargo tech drops all disquises and just straight up steals my Hypopen and runs off, admin has told me to cryo and I turn my stuff into captain and cryo.
Why you should be unbanned: I understand that my track record most likely warrents not being unbanned. However, I enjoy this game and would really not want to be permantly banned from Funky Stations, as I enjoy the game and its players. I will serve whatever sentence I am given. I will stay away from command roles as I get really invested and stressed from them. I just asked that my ban not be permenant, I will serve any finite amount of time.
