The server was updated early yesterday at Midnight due to an unexpected server crash so, the update is currently Live. A few additional changes are also up this round.
Cargo Bounty Rework

The Cargo Bounty system has a received a large overhaul to how bounties generate with the goal of increasing variety.
Cargo Bounties now generate with a random job-based category, from which items in the category are randomly selected for inclusion in the Bounty.
Bounties can now vary greatly in the amount of items required* (with the spesos reward scaling with it), as well as the how many different types of items are required for fulfillment
Thus you can get bounties for a bit of money for a small amount of things, or occasionally a giga-order that can bring in the big bucks*
*Numbers on this are still being adjusted

Trait System Rebalance
Many traits have been adjusted or removed to discourage powergaming, as well as the other positive traits being disabled temporarily to a bug with the traits system.
- The Natural Regeneration, Natural Resiliance, Hemophiliac, Careful Steps, Table Hider, and Temperature Tolerance traits have been temporarily disabled.
- The Swift Feet trait has been removed.
- Deuteranopia and Ultravision traits have been moved to a new Vision category.
- The Blindness trait is now incurable by Surgery. (The short-sighted trait is still curable, and if you become Blind by any other means besides the round-start trait, it is still curable).
More Janitor Syndicate Items

The Janitor has received 4 exclusive Syndicate items, accessible under the "Job" section in the Syndicate Uplink.
- The Sword Mop has been added, costing 30 TC. It acts and appears as an ordinary mop, but has a sword sheathed within the handle (able to be unsheathed from within the right click menu), dealing slash damage with a 10% reflect chance.
- The Disguised Lube Grenade has been added, costing 10 TC. This is a space lube grenade that appears completely identical to a standard cleanade, perfect for either handing out to the unsuspecting public, or for your own use!
- Insulated Rubber Gloves have been added, costing 15 TC, allowing the Janitor to have all the perks of Insulated Gloves while remaining inconspicuous.
- The Lubed Wet Floor Sign has been added, costing 5 TC. It's a normal wet floor sign, but slips you when stepped on!
SOP and Guidebook Updates
Science now has a fully written SOP for all its departmental roles! (currently temporarily misplaced)
Medical SOP
Medical SOP has been updated, affecting the CMO, Paramedic, and Medical Doctors.
CMO
- The CMO may now only carry self-defense chemicals for their hypospray if the station alert level warrants it.
- The CMO is now explicitly permitted to issue the Handheld Crew Monitor to the Paramedic, if desired. (not others)
Medical Doctor
- Medical Doctors are now to return equipment of deceased, permanently-morgued crewmembers to their respective department.
Paramedic
- The Paramedic is now explicitly authorized to carry the Handheld Crew Monitor, but not allowed to distribute it.
Other SOP and Guidebook updates
The Engineering SOP has been clarified and updated for both the Chief Engineer and Station Engineers.
- Station Engineer articles 1, 2, 3, and 7 have been updated.
- CE article 1 has been updated.
The Revolutionary Guidebook entry has been entirely re-written.
Blob, Changeling, and Surgery Guidebook entries have been clarified.
