A new mechanic for Revolutionary Heads similar to Nukie war declaration.
An innate ability possessed by the Head Revs. Once used, the other Head Revs are informed and once at least 2/3rds of the Head Revs utilize it, all Revolutionaries are able to see one another and the names of Head Revs are broadcast by Central Command.
This is mostly to stop endless round stall and team-killing during open revolt.
This mode should also be enabled if Evac was called and recalled at least once due to Revolutionary Activities and multiple heads are dead or less than 5 Revolutionaries remain when Evac is recalled.
