Round Removal Reduction
Various changes have been made to lower the amount of circumstantial Round Removal that occurs overall.
Firstly, the Medical Biofabricator has been mapped in Round Start to many stations so that Medical has the ability to consistently do Heart Surgery (which is already done to combat rotting), as well as other Limb and Organ Surgery as a bonus. [Mapped into Fland, Reach, Barratry by Icepick, mkanke]
As well as this, Ashing/Limb Ashing has been disabled as an experiment, to attempt to reduce the amount of random Mass RR / random Head loss that occurs from things like atmos superheating. This makes it still hard to come back from high amounts of heat damage, but still possible (via cloning like before without needing a monkey head, or chems that treat heat damage on the dead, such as Aloxadone).
Implanter Changes
All implanters have been adjusted across the board, as well as adjustments made to the Head Rev's Fast Draw implanter.
Head Rev's Fast Draw implanter now crushes all implants it removes, allowing for easier usage for mind-shield drawing without having to inject random station pets.
Implanter draw times have been cut in half across the board, with standard implanters taking 30 seconds to remove an implant rather than 60, and the Fast Draw implanter now taking 15 seconds to draw rather than 30.
Standard implanters now deal 90 damage on a failed draw to further discourage random implant checking, up from 60. Fast Draw implanters now instead only deal 20 Heat Damage on a failure, to mitigate damage from attempting to de-mind-shield someone who truly doesn't have one.
Additionally, Head Revs and Revs can no longer mind-shield themselves, as there is never any valid reason to do this.
Injectable Plushies

Plushies can now be injected with up to 20u of reagents. These reagents will be leaked out slowly into the hands of anyone who is holding the plushie. The reagents will also partially spill out when thrown against a solid object. For now, gloves that are insulated will also provide protection from plushie reagents.
New Silicon Law Sets

16 new lawsets have been added to the Ion Storm event, and Ion Storm weights have been adjusted accordingly. The 16 new lawsets are: Tyrant, Teacher, Lawyer, Skub, Opposite Day, Hippie, Luddite, Cowboy, Free Will, Janitor, Paranoid, Poet, Clown, Chaos, Accountant, and Capitalist.
