the current goliath cloak(which is uncraftable) says that it was made with the hide of a goliath(or something along those lines) but its protective value has faded with age. so my suggestion is that we let salvagers use cloth and goliath hides to make a FRESH goliath cloak that provides actual armor. it could have the exact same sprite and everything, just with a small added armor(maybe heat protection since the only salv hardsuit with heat protection happens to be the GOLIATH hardsuit) and a crafting recipe. i am also suggesting this cause its the drippiest cloak in the game for salvs and i want a consistent way to get it.
