Employee Name: Progress
Employee Species: Thaven
DOB: June 6th, 2XXX
Age: 29
Height: 180 cm (6’6”)
Weight: 69 kg (153 lbs)
Physical Evaluation Results:
Subject’s reaction times are well above average, with scores putting them in the 80th percentile. Dexterity scores are notably above average, being in the 65th percentile. Strength and endurance scores are below average, being in the 37th and 45th percentiles respectively. Blood testing shows possible signs of very mild malnutrition and dehydration. Subject overall is fit for duty, although periodic checkups are recommended to ensure the subject is taking proper care of themselves.
Psychological Evaluation Results:
Subject’s intelligence is of a remarkable level, with IQ testing putting them in the 99th percentile. However, this intelligence makes them incredibly difficult to evaluate, and so far they have managed to stump three of Nanotrasen’s best psychologists. Note from psychologist [REDACTED] attached:
“She's too damn smart for her own good. I cannot for the life of me get into her head; she's like a brick wall that just smiles at you. Every question I throw at her, she seems to have the perfect answer to. She's obviously incredibly intelligent, but that's all I can gather from her. I figure the only way to get a proper answer from her is to disguise the question, but as long as her guard is up, that's impossible. It's like she's playing chess, and I'm stuck here playing checkers.”
Addendum as of December 15th, 2XXX: Further evaluation is still pending - we need to find a psychologist that can actually best her. She seems to treat besting our psychologists as a fun game - she sent the last one home crying, for god’s sake.
Employee History:
Records from her homeworld seem to indicate that she was a child prodigy - having gotten her first PhD by the time she was sixteen. By the time she was twenty-six, she had collected five of them. Nanotrasen recruiters first discovered her when she was arrested for “inhumane and unethical experimentation on sapient organisms”. After a non-insubstatial amount of deliberation, it was decided that the company could not pass up the opportunity to acquire such a promising employee. Our finest lawyers were dispatched to defend her, and with their stellar work, all charges against her were dropped. Following this, she has become a key part in some of Nanotrasen's most groundbreaking medical and scientific research, and has earned the distinction of being one of the few people to earn both the title of Research Director and Chief Medical Officer.
Addendum as of October 1st, 2XXX: Currently, Progress has been a person of interest or potential suspect in no less than three homicides, all of which have patterns and calling cards consistent with a serial murderer. However, in all cases, no real evidence could be tied to her, and all but one case eventually was solved.
Addendum as of December 15th, 2XXX: The number of homicide cases Progress has been a person of interest or suspect in has now increased to eleven, with five remaining unsolved. This is a concerning pattern, however there is still no conclusive evidence to implicate her in any of these. As she has been nothing but a stellar employee, this could just be a case of biases against her, but it is something to be aware of.
