Reason for Complaint:
ArsCatalyst (IC name Gerude Quixote) is a community mod for funky. I have had two different experiences with them where they have completely broken some pretty basic rules. I get that a community mod doesn't really need to know server rules for their job, but also staff should know the rules of the server they staff for. A Staff member constantly breaking rules obviously doesn't reflect well on funky.
First instance: They were playing BSO and I was IAA, QM was murdered by 2 people a salver and a cargo tech. BSO instead of taking QM to medical and ensuring their continued safety they chased hunted down the salver (or supposedly randomly saw them after some time but my point remains the same if this is the case) arrested them brought to law. I tried handling this IC as IAA and reminding them about their SOP, they said that they weren't breaking SOP then ran off. I ahelped them to ask if it was a SOP breach because I honestly wasn't sure at which point they (I belive) got bwoinked by an admin (no idea witch admin) I asked if I should talk IC about the SOP breach further and they said yes so, I did so. After the ahelping they actually talked this time about it instead of ignoring me. Then further into that shift Lean stole my shoes and ate them Infront of BSO. BSO then arrested Lean for stealing my shoes (reminder I was not command) and stealing his shoes to eat. Neither of these threatened command in anyway. He broke the EXACT SAME SOP 10 minutes after he had already been bwoinked for breaking that SOP. Clearly, he just does not give a rat's ass, or he doesn't understand the rules. Both of these cases say he's pretty unfit to be staff imo.
Second instance: I was a thief he was a lawyer; I was in security trying to bribe HOS then I saw Gerude say in LOOC "this is metagaming a agent ID, I'm ahelping". I ahelped this to ask if funky has a similar rule to Widens rule about not being allowed to threaten to ahelp in LOOC. I was told it was considered LOOC toxicity so we have another pretty basic rule break that any staff should 100% be aware of.
In conclusion ArsCatalyst has shown a complete disregard, and or unknowing of some pretty basic funky rules. This really shouldn't be the case for a member of staff ECSPECIALLY if one of the rule breaks involved him being pretty toxic.
