Reason for Ban: Unable to be reached after 20 minutes, EORG
What lead up to the ban: While playing as IAA, I shot an armed and wanted syndicate member who returned fire in the end-of-round area. There had been a previous firefight, and I had just walked out of medical after being in one such firefight. Sec had routinely failed to apprehend the Syndicates, and I had been roleplaying a more and more desperate IAA agent who had been dealing with security (and other) incompetence, and had already gotten into shootouts with multiple syndicate members. Seeing an armed Syndicate member made her snap, immediately shooting with a pistol IIRC before being met and slain by saw fire in the final moment.
Why you should be unbanned: This was not griefing, and there had previously been a KOS order by the captain for syndicate members, in addition to them being clearly antagonistic and armed. Was also in character, and had been exactly how I had played them previously.
Additional Notes - This was listed as my 2nd offense and I was listed as HoS in the ban. One of these was certainly not true (I was IAA), and the other is not true as far as I'm aware.
