Gen Pop
Gen Pop is finally here! Gen Pop, or "General Population" is a style of Brig that holds Prisoners all in one general cell, rather than primarily using solitary small single cells, or an isolated Permabrig.
Genpop Brigs hold all prisoners, and use a system of turnstiles for entry and exit. Turnstiles act as a form of one-way door that Security can pass through at any time, and Prisoners may only exit when their set Brig timer is up. When a prisoner's brig time is up, they may leave the Brig themself, and retrieve their items from their assigned Prisoner locker.
Magistrate
Added the Magistrate, a new legal role that is in charge of issuing warrants, executions, and going through with trials if a suspect so desires.
The Magistrate is responsible for how Space Law is enforced and has the power to change up things. For example, the Magistrate can pardon an EOC in a plea deal. Or a Magistrate can declare that a former Head Revolutionary must be contained instead of executed. Magistrate decisions are enforced by CentComm, so IAAs gotta get faxing.
The Magistrate must also preside over all trials conducted.
Map Pools
Map pools have been adjusted due to population numbers being different. With each server having their own map pool it'll allow us to better adjust them in the future. Additionally, some maps are returning: Roid, Amber, Elkridge, and Glacier!
