Reason for Ban: 3nd self antagging and Meta gaming

What lead up to the ban: Playing as a greytider opening a random hidden door in maints because I just usually spam walls while I run through them, I was unaware that this was a rule break. I was later ahelped about this where I explained exactly this, in my ban message I was accused of lying about this in ahelp which is a totally unfair claim. The reason provided to me as to why I was lying about it was because i did not spam walls after finding that hidden wall. Reason for that is that I was primarily outside of maints for the entire rest of the round after that.
Secondly I was banned for my 3rd self antagging. Here I'm accused of not having learnt my lesson, to that I say I learn not to steal antagonist objectives and to not EORG, if those were the wrong lessons I'm not sure. I broke into captains room, AI even knew about it, only stole captain clothing which I was my understanding was not syndie objectives, so I believed that I was within the rules just running around doing tider stuff.

Why you should be unbanned:
So in short:
I'm no seasoned veteran of this game so I'm constantly learning stuff every single day, I think a lot of this ban was unjustified or just misinterpreted so if I don't get unbanned I at least don't think I should be punished for meta gaming.

In addition, for a server that advertises itself as new beginner friendly there is seemingly a lack of leniency. I understand its not my first time being banned for self antagging. But this does not mean i automatically learn every single action that is considered self antagging. I did not receive any warning about what I did only questioning about it into a straight up ban. I feel there was a step missing from the process, be it some form of warning or message like "Hey you should not be doing that". I in no way had any malicious intent wanting to break the rules or tread the line so to speak, rather I'm just new stupid and learning the game. I will make mistakes, I don't think I'm unique in any way because of that. An instant ban is certainly a way to teach a lesson, but a 2 week ban in this scenario I feel is very uncalled for, especially in the way it was carried out with no good explanation or willingness to understand.

The Fern of Functionality

The admin team has voted 12-0 to deny your appeal. Your other bans for self antag occured after you had over a hundred hours on the server, this is not new player behavior. You had numerous warnings and smaller bans telling you what behavior to avoid and did not change your actions in light of that.

I'll be descriptive here so you hopefully understand what behavior lead to this decision. Breaking into places at random for no reason other than to steal small items is self antag. The excuse of "just tiding" doesn't justify it. This is an MRP server and you're expected to play a normal and believable person, and you did the equivalent to breaking into the staff room at an airport to steal a captain's hat.

Firstly, the warnings given prior to this do not really pertain to what I was doing as I explained earlier.

Secondly, the statement about having over a hundred hours playtime is irrelevant. Just because you have a certain amount of hours within reason does not magically guarantee game knowledge, and especially not in SS14. This game is so complicated full of mechanics, systems, rules and not to mention all the role play dynamics and the rules that come with that. So i think its shallow thinking to expect a brand new player to have perfect literacy at the game without due guidance and time.

Thirdly the weak meta gaming claim was not addressed, so please do explain it further or remove it.

I feel this ban was super harsh, maybe there was reason for a ban but a 2 week ban here is not the correct decision.
In addition I find it super unprofessional the way this post was handled, not only the time it took but the lack of updates. I had to personally ask admins for an update.
