Im just gonna say it. I hate this change. I understand that looc malding is an issue but

I have had so many friendly looc interactions of us fucking dying laughing at a thing that wouldn't be right to laugh at ic (plus laughing at something ic is worlds different from ooc). If anyone says anything like "do it in after round ooc" i am putting you in an infinite disposal loop. These are things that happen in the moment and i can say with certainty that it makes the round when stuff like this happens.
THIS ACTIVELY MAKES THE SERVER LESS FRIENDLY TO NEW PLAYERS. I am 100% a believer of the rite of passage that is 3 looses in a row on lizard but regardless of just installed or gotten used to controls and branching out to other servers, new players should be able to ask questions in looc and receive answers without having the fear of scarcity weighing on them. SOME THINGS SIMPLY CANNOT BE TAUGHT IN CHARACTER IN AN IMMERSION MAINTAINING WAY.

Autumn | Rose Hise I don't mean this in a rude way, but did you actually read the PR? It stops neither of those things from happening, and only helps to curbs excessive looc usage and malding. Additionally, if you need more LOOC budget to teach someone, you can just ahelp, as there is literally a command that lets you adjust individual player's budgets.

I don't really like the change either. LOOC is a useful tool. People are going to mald regardless of looc existing. It just makes it harder to teach others, whether new players or metashield stuff.

The limit should be very out of the way as well. I originally suggested an LOOC limit of 50 so that anyone who is using it as a legitimate way to teach players won't be affected. Players who abuse LOOC will be limited so that we don't have to toggle it for everyone or whatever.

As for the other comments, I personally find people laughing at something that happened IC or whatever as very immersion breaking and kinda lame. I understand that this isn't an opinion that is shared with everyone, but regardless I feel that its still important to mention.
