What lead up to the ban: During a round with changelings, Quartermaster briefly dropped off the crew monitor; this was reported alongside someone seeing the QM being "dragged away and stabbed", and then they spoke up in Command. As Captain, I told them to get bloodtested; they completely ignored this, justifying it post-round in OOC as "being IC, having joined mid-round, and therefore not knowing why a bloodtest is being done", even though they could have just stopped to ask why, then gone and done the bloodtest, and instead quietly went on the cargo shuttle to grab shipments at the ATS.
As a result, both Command and Security believed that they had been impersonated by a changeling and were now running away, and in the kerfuffle a salvager was told this and killed the QM in the belief that he was defending the station.
Security then, instead of bloodtesting the QM, left him inside the Security infirmary morgue without bloodtesting him and then reviving him. I had to do the bloodtesting myself, which revealed that no, he was not a changeling. This led to the Magistrate declaring it Capital Neglience for killing a fellow member of Command and Prevention of Revival (even though i didn't even give the order for the latter) and ordering for my demotion and permanent confinement, which was done.
Post-round, I kept complaining about the QM's inability to communicate in response to a bloodtest order, which QueerCats constituted as toxicity and gave me a 12 hour game ban in respond.
Why you should be unbanned: The Quartermaster and Security are more to blame at this than me; the QM for not doing what he should have done and asked why, resulting in a severe breakdown in communications, and Security for not doing the bloodtest as soon as possible and giving the QM medical attention once it was confirmed that he was not a changeling. I have the right to complain about that and the needless trouble it caused just because the QM refused to actually communicate.
