Metashield Rewrite, "Corporate Secrets"

The metashield has been largely rewritten and reflavored. How the metashield is handled in general is very different, utilizing some in-character documents which can be found in the guidebook named the Command Training Manual and Security Training Manual.
In-character, the Metashield is now known as Corporate Secrets, of which general Crewmembers and Security do not know anything about the contents of. Only Command members know Corporate Secrets at round-start, they are fully aware of any potential threats and are trained on how to deal with them. If the situation requires it, they are also allowed to tell crewmates what is happening and lift the shield. Security is still under metashield, however it is slightly modified and less strict.
This comes at the expense of being against Nanotrasen policy. Wrongfully lifting the metashield, as a command member, has both IC and OOC consequences. Please see the general Command SOP for when it is considered wrong or right to lift the shield. The fact that Nanotrasen is hiding something from its crewmates is not shielded, but the actual secrets are shielded.

Night Vision and Thermal Vision

Added improved Night Vision and Thermal Vision.
Night Vision allows you to see in the dark, with a green overlay. Night Vision may be obtained by the crew in the form of Night vision goggles, which can be researched as at T2 under the Experimental tree, including Med and Sec variants (with no flash immunity). Other sources of night vision are in the uplink as a Chameleon item (12 TC), Ninja goggles, and certain mobs which innately had a different form of night vision already.
Thermal Vision allows you to see living creatures through walls, with a red overlay. This is available on the Changeling's Enhanced Eyesight Ability, as well as on Xenos.
