Reason for Ban: Assault on NTR as CMO
What lead up to the ban: Following a Lone-Op assault the Captain had given me, the CMO a greenlight to use bloodred until everyone was safe from the threat posed for protection. Following this, in less then two minutes EVAC came in in order to pick us up.
I kept wearing the Blood-Red Hardsuit up until the Evac took off due to the suspicion that the threat wasn't over considering how short a timeframe it had been since the Lone Op had been eliminated and the Nanotressen Representative had taken to insulting my character, Nyatasha and ordering them around. At first, she tolerated these insults and once EVAC launched she had taken off all the contraband she had on hand and put it into the EVA room of the bridge, alerting the Head of Security to their location.
When trying to inform the NTR about this, she had gotten insulted as a "Syndicate Sympathiser" and the NTR doubled down on the previous insults, resulting in Nyatasha using her Hypospray on him and putting him to Crit.
The situation would have played out further were it not for a near-instant cluwnification that followed trough admin intervention.
Why you should be Unbanned: I fully admit to the fact that I haven't followed proper escalation rules, having resulted to the use of Hypospray rather than fists and I own up to that, I have gotten lost in the moment of the RP following the insults. That being said, I think the situation that crept up to it wasn't as described / seen by the Admin in Question, Agentfennec due to either lacking context or misunderstanding with the punishment in question being too harsh.
