(Well, due to not being able to make a new post at the moment il just put my ideas here)
Move the resource silo from Telecoms to the Vault.
my reaoning for it is simple, the Silo feels like it has very little reason to be at telecoms of all places, and it makes it inconvinient for any RD's and QM's to link up there machines too it (depends of the map but a lot of telecoms are Engi Acess only)
