While looking through the funky admin panel, and discord server logs I have found no mention of either an Ivortai. There was a mention of Ivomink on the admin panel, but said player is not banned. Would you have had any prior names?

SoP is a purely in character issue, but often times SoP breaches can overlap with server rules such as play your character, meta/power gaming, don't be a jerk, etc. A captain realistically wouldn't confine an NTR to their room over first offense, being annoying, but rather a history of problematic ...
