You basically just want to do a mix of 66.5%co2 and 33.5%o2 at 500kpa and place a stack of uranium on a filter that is filtering for pluoxium, while also just placing a normal freezer on the pipe and setting it as cold as it goes. Pluox creation via rads does not care about temp as trit creation ...
