I understand that where I went wrong was from me skipping straight to the most extreme reaction of firebombing the RD after being fired which was very egregious over escalation, as I said before I don't want to wait a whole month because I didn't think to include precisely why it was over escalation.

I talked about a previous time I did something similar that was properly escalated and how these two scenarios had very different circumstances and acknowledged my misinterpretation, I thought that would've been enough to know that I understand where I went wrong,
