I think (at least part of) the issue is that patients have very little to do otherwise because in reality all you need to do is sit still on a bed and let the doctors handle it. Beyond RP there's no incentive to do anything else and as such the people who feel the need to have an incentive don't get ...

I only recently got Rimworld but it's been treating me pretty well. Been having fun, got to late stage only yesterday and got my first set of recon armor made. Otherwise my only strong opinion is fuck drop pod raids.

Been checking out Far Horizons playtests, they're pretty fun, community is nice and they have some neat features and plans for a dual station environment.

I've been dying inside whenever I accidentally skip past the item I need in a borg module, the ability to cycle hands in the opposite direction instead of being forced to rotate through them all again would be lovely.
