SoP is a purely in character issue, but often times SoP breaches can overlap with server rules such as play your character, meta/power gaming, don't be a jerk, etc. A captain realistically wouldn't confine an NTR to their room over first offense, being annoying, but rather a history of problematic ...

i would just like clarification on whether or not SOP breaks are purely an IC problem or if they would lead to OOC consequences?
