The Silo feels like it has very little reason to be at telecoms of all places, and it makes it inconvinient for any RD's or QM's to link up there machines too it (depends of the map but a lot of telecoms are Engi Acess only)

especialy during low pop hours there you are going to try and holler the lone engi to let you in it

Or a alternative idea, replace the singular big silo with department specific mini silos
these silos would be located in there respective departments, but would not be able to carry resources from one department to another
to prevent a singular department ~~(Cough me as RD cough)~~ from just being able to drain the entire stockpile
