Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): rex stargazer lizard in his 30s. HE is an ex-criminal who went the penal military route. Has scars looks very rough and gruff. He has soft eyes calm demeanor. Isn't violent almost ever unless he is forced to defend himself or an innocent person. He is mainly a chaplain or psychiatrist/ doctor by trade focusing on helping people. Mostly is looking to help others and nanotrasen as atonement for his past. He can be a prankster at points nothing huge small things to make other laugh. His flaws are sometimes doesn't have the best self risk Assessment. He isn't suicidal just is someone who is calm during dangerous situations sometimes to calm due to his background. The only time he will willingly put himself in danger is to protect others. Other than that rex does his job and tries to be polite and also talks to other to see how they are doing etc. Rex tends to follow god named the pale protector a moon god who is benevolent and believes in helping others and fighting corruption. Also rex can be influenced by someone threatening harm to others very easily. Obviously i have played rex a bit. Normally to start the shift as say chaplain after confirming religion he will go to crew members to greet them and see how they are doing. Another thing rex does is try to give advice when asked. Main thing helping others biggest thing i can share with him is heart and minds are big to him. Alot of his interactions are him reassuring people and trying to get them to look on the bright side even if there isnt one. Also if a station threat comes he will go down swinging before giving a station to say nukies zombies etc. Will move forthwith to the enemy even if he knows he will die if he also thinks it will save crew.
What made you join Funky Station?: Watching acorn also funky and starlight were the first two servers i looked into when first playing ss14. i love mrp servers and have also from acorns videos redditt other sites have heard funky is one of the top ss14 servers.
