If it's a boring round (or I'm playing a role where nothing happens for a while, like Librarian), I might have some YouTube slop on my second monitor. I worry about missing important sounds or whatever if I have things on too loud in the background.
I don't really listen to music much in general unless I'm in the car, to be honest.
Sometimes, really depends on what kinda round it is and how locked in I gotta be :p
I often end up listening to stuff that kinda matches the vibe of the character I'm playing, or just one of my random playlists that's a HUGE mix of things
I listen to Catch 22's "Permanent Revolution" a lot when working and when "working".
My favorite song from that album is "Prologue", though sometimes
"Alma Alta" is closer to the mood I want.

A friend of mine has an extensive playlist of music specifically for streaming/content creation purposes. It is sorted by 'vibes' which makes it perfect for soundtracking Spation!!
Otherwise, heaps of random stuff, game osts, hip hop, typically leaning on the chiller side
Mine's always a tossup between something by Frizk or some general action/combat related music, depends on how much energy I have. All music comes off whenever I roll antag, unless it's thief, where I put on 007 music and buy a chameleon kit and one other. My favourite combat music usually comes from the OST of "I Am Your Beast" too, pretty fun game with some kickass music
Also any and all of the music from The Finals kicks complete ass and is amazing
If I’m playing security or any combat role for that matter I’m blasting American idiot, if I’m playing IAA I’m listening to some random podcast, really don’t care which podcast
yeah, they're called midis. I make it my life's goal to find a harmonica ideally, but most instruments will do. I didn't make a multiple gigabyte repo of as many songs as I could find (of which most aren't sorted, admittedly) for nothing
