Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): My current tabletop RPG character is the captain of a Mechwarrior squad who turned to mercenary work to fund his campaign after the government he served was overthrown. He's frequently regretful of his past mistakes and shortcomings, but hides it through frequent joking and a no-nonsense command personality with his squad.
What made you join Funky Station?: Most of my time on SS14 was spent on unconventional servers like RMC and Frontier/its forks, and the little time I spent on a station server (that being Delta-V) left me unimpressed. However, a lot of people I've spoken to have recommended Funky as being a good server and a good community, so I'm trying it out to see how it is.
