I am more-so asking what are definitive things that are NOT assets and should never be considered so
Up to your interpretation. Generally although it refers to anything NT has spent money on and owns. borgs, AIs, walls, people if you think they are. You probably wont get in trouble for interpreting it a certain way unless you do someone really egregious
