Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): Shoots-The-Villains, first to engage in the name of saving lives whenever they remember comms exist! Generally polite and wants nothing more than to help crew and convince them stop calling us secoffs all kinds of mean things 
Frankly, they have overlooked some tiding- trespass and wielding minor contra- as long as it means saving lives and stopping the bad guys. (This can be rectified based on server rules, haven't gotten to see funky rules too much yet)
They've scared off dragons alone while fending off their carp army, as no other sec would provide backup before it was too late (got eaten in the second encounter) and in another shift snuck through revolutionary territory alone to try and save the CE, who was sadly nothing but a suit and jetpack by then... but Shoots made it back to sec alive! Then promptly got shot to death by the head revs...
What made you join Funky Station?: Acorn, need I say more? Yes? Well, looks far nicer to play on than WizDen due to player culture, and more comprehendible than any alternatives like goob seems to be, as I'm still quite fresh to this game and there's no shot I'd keep up with that or starlights 150+ player counts.
If this looks or reads goofy, it's cause this is the most seriously I've taken a whitelist application, as I started playing sec recently and it is by far the most fun I've had, but I think it's time to change things up, and hopefully get some more meaningful encounters
