I'm guessing passengers don't count as their own departments. They don't really need their own forum group which is why I think this.

I guess they do all that stuff and do crime... so maybe.. Maybe they need a forum group about to talk about how useful they are and how to get away with crime!

Maybe make a CentComm and Command forum to talk about minmaxing the most annoying paperwork for the graytiders

Greetings, I am submitting a formal request to fulfill the role of a Cent Comm response. Having dedicated sections for departments in the forums. Would be wise to have and would to discuss the numerous violations that command accrues during a slandered round. It would give us a place to discuss the best forms of paper work and bureaucracy, and finally I believe it would benefit moral.
