They are employed. If they weren't, they wouldn't be on the station in the first place! They're assistants. They do work on request, and it seems like people willingly ignore that to make them out to be bad guys. This recent sentiment has been getting really annoying!
I think you all got what I meant wrong. I didn't say they WERE monsters or unemployed. I just think that they mostly align with the monster souls! If we remember in Undertale, the monsters were actually good people who were also hard working! Just because they were different from the other souls doesn't make them any less than other crew members!
This whole thread kinda reminds me of Undertale.

I don't know what those words mean. They sound mean. And, please stop saying such rude things about Assistants. You're making it look like we don't do a damn thing, which we do! In fact, this sentiment has gotten so bad that some people call Assistants "Passengers." This implies they're just along for the ride, WHICH THEY'RE NOT! Here, I'll spell it out for you: The job of an assistant, and this may be hard to believe... Is to assist people who need help. WHAAAT? Really? YES, YOU IDIOTS! If I see you in person, I'm going to hit you over the head with a fire extinguisher.
Ohhhhh. I thought we were calling cargo workers the self-antags and griefers, not assistants. I think it would be funnier if the cargo techs were the ones that were self-antags and griefers because they have all the money.

Central Command is the same color as service and I think the green soul that is the kindness soul represents service a lot more than Central Command, so they are not included in this list. Unless the Central Command Green is the green associated with the vines of Flowey the Flower and is secretly promoting violence.
