How come the rules get much more strict at CC?

Hey, i'm just curious as to why a lot of stuff that you could normally do stops being allowed at CC (ex: bartender shooting a trespasser in bar).
it seems like the time when the rules would be most lax seeing as even if everyone somehow died it'd be a four minute interruption at most.

then again, i may just be a little salty from getting a temp ban because of EORG earlier so sorry if this comes off a little rude.

Our rules clearly state a no-tolerance policy for EORG. This is because allowing any antagonistic or disruptive actions at CC makes everything chaotic, LRP, and people will take an inch and run and mile. They already do despite us having these rules in place.

It's a time to relax, to RP, to wind down after the shift. It's a cool down period. People breaking into places is actually EORG, and should be ahelped. We are actually in works of expanding it more to the shuttle and or when the shuttle is on the way to CC, because it still gets too chaotic and, again, very LRP when people try to cause a ruckus on the evac shuttle.

Your ban is currently under review, and you should receive a response soon, given the circumstances.

I suppose the "give an inch, lose a mile" mentality is fair enough and does explain why EORG is treated as it is, but from the player perspective it's not super fun having to constantly worry about getting ahelped for doing anything other than doing nothing or simply sitting and talking, but then again, that's just my opinion and i'm not exactly the person in charge of funky and what the experience should be and clearly you guys intend for it to be a chill place instead of one where people are doing crazy stuff. I appreciate that your explanation has fair reasoning behind it and it has cleared up why some of my actions have been problematic and how i should treat the end of round in the future.

also thanks for telling me my ban is under review, i am cautiously excited for your response.
