funky station

I know most ss13/14 servers tend to keep things in their discord, but since yall are kind enough to have a forum, I thought I'd suggest a guides section for people to cross post. Maybe under the ss14 section? Not sure.

This would give people easier access to player made guides without having to dig through a ton of messages in a discord server. Plus, people can make new guides here with better formatting options.
