Now that we're here. What are your thoughts on skipping libital and aiuri altogether in your mixes and making probital and salicylic acid / lenturi and oxand mixes instead?

Nah skip those and replace the Dexalin/Salbutamol with the Convermol/Bruzine instead.

Convermol doesn't heal bloodloss does it? So keeping salbu on hand would seem smart to me.

PS We've got nested quote replies here? That's nice.

I dont like the idea of mixing the big chem with the small chem. I always make Salic and Oxan on the side anyways, I trust my MDs enough to mix it on their own.

Adding just one small chem to the big chem is just a waste of a metabolism slot, as its basically negligable (which is why i have fully removed dexalin from my basics and use pure salbu instead.).

Honestly the normal lib/prob and aiuri/lent mixes just suck anyway, and if the MDs wouldnt complain to high heaven about it i wouldnt even make them. They are best used for a patient that has 2 or 3 different kinds of brute/burn thats under 30 damage total. This is highly specific. so much so that literally just hitting them with trico is probably better.

Also small note on the convermol thing. Yes, convermol/bruize is really really funny (which is why i make 2 jugs every shift). No it isnt all that effective unless you inject multiple full syringes of it. a 4 bruize/1 convermol mix means 3 convermol for 1 syringe. which i believe is 33 asphyx (and just asphyx). I dont remember salbu stats, but i believe even just 5 salbu is just better in about every way. execept for maybe speed. which is irrelevant because the defib exists.

Just checked Salbu is 30 airloss in 5 seconds (1 unit). which is 30 asphyx in 10 (2 units). So ya salbu is just better.
