Reason for de-whitelist: 2 seperate cases of ssd for a quarter of the shift

After discussing with the team, we would really like you to participate in new player weekend and show us you can participate in rounds where you don't go AFK a majority of the round. Not only we were noticing this trend, but your peers were ahelping your constant AFKing as well. This is especially detrimental when you are a co-op antagonist, and people are counting on you to at least participate to some degree and was your second offense of No Intent to RP, which led to the de-whitelist as per policy.
While we understand people have lives, you are signing up to play a round when you join. And if you are going to be MIA for a majority, at the very least ahelp it and cryo so you are not taking up a role someone else could have instead. Or an antag slot is not taken, nor are you sabotaging a team antag due to being AFK.
When you have shown us you can do this on this upcoming new player weekend, I will personally issue your whitelist back.
