Hi all, just plugging my form repo here. This is a work in progress.

I am of the opinion that good paperwork = good roleplay. Paperwork should look aesthetically pleasing as well as official looking. I've tried to keep paperwork that's intended to be filled out by a standard crewmember as short as possible. Inter-departmental stuff can be lengthier. As an example, an NTRs/IAAs "command compliance review" will take more time to fill out than a witness deposition from security.

Inside, you can find a variety of forms for different departments - cargo, security, legal, CENTCOMM, sci, etc. Some are humorous. Some aren't.

I do happily take form suggestions. Let me know what you do/don't like. All of my forms are free to modify and distribute at your convenience.
