Could either of the cults make a conversion center in the corner of a department with plans of secretly RRing their respective department head to maintain secrecy of the cult? I know Funky is Anti RR on most cases, so would other less permanent solutions work(IE cutting all limbs off the corpse or giving 200 rads and actively sabotaging any attempts to get the required things for the patient to survive.) I know you can remove the mindshield and still convert them that way, but thats a lot more obvious and telling than the head just randomly vanishing.
