funky station

As the title says.

I think it could be useful to have a development section on the forum.
I understand that a Discord Chat is more useful for quick talks and brain storming but I feel like a Section on the forum would be useful for a more organized and searchable discussion thread.

I understand that Github has its comment section for PRs for such talks as well. But even Github can be a bit hard to navigate. Especially for less Programing savvy people, for which Github can feel a bit intimidating at times.
