Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):grew up on a small Nanotrasen research station with 70 or so people. Never really close to his parents usually ditching them to get drinks or rebel with his friends. He fell in love with the captain's (Human) daughter, Anne; at 16 she was everything to him he gave up drinking for her, abandoned his friends, and started spending more time with his parents. His life seemed to be turning around for the better, so he proposed to her. But in some cruel twist of fate the day before the wedding some syndicate members infiltrated the station killing the captain and all of the security it was just the few civilians left but the syndicate was still not pleased they believed they need to send a message to Nanotrasen and the crew so they grabbed the captains daughter and lunched her into space through the airlock Roger felt helpless tied up not able to do anything. The ERT were never able to recover the body of Anne. Roger fell into a deep depression cutting off his own finger in some coping mechanism vowing to never get into a relationship again. Roger still doesn't drink to remember her, he thought that drinking would do nothing to bring her back, just dull the already eternal pain.
What made you join Funky Station?: Wanted to join a station with good numbers, good mods and good community, and ive heard this is the place. also i wanted to get into a server on the new launcher.
