Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!): A character I really loved playing on Wizden was Selene Stargazer, a young moth woman that got picked up by NT as a medical intern. A nervous wreck at first, she held strong and quickly learned her way around the medical department (as did I) and became an excellent doctor, working her way up to CMO. Although still prone to nerves and stress, she tries to lead by example and is outwardly calm and confident, and her top priority is making sure patients feel genuinely cared for.
Another character I enjoyed on Wizden was The Orchid of Stillness, an old diona with general nerve issues who required a mobility aid and was mute. She focused solely on her job as a janitor to the detriment of all else, namely her own health and safety. The nerve damage left her unable to feel when she was injured, which was often extensively due to the chaos of the station. Above all, she took pride in a clean station, and tried to be a warm presence when others would take notice of her.
What made you join Funky Station?: After playing on Wizden for a while a few months back, I have the itch to play SS14 again and get more into MRP stuff. I'm not exactly sure what's going on, but I've been advised to avoid Wizden for the moment, and Funky Station seems very friendly, active, and overall seems to have great vibes!
