Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):
Gilmore McMissile, a suave space pirate with far too much confidence and an insufferably smug aura. He was originally named Stewart Sigmund, and was born on the Earth-like planet 'Gastamad' in a backwater solar system. While most citizens of the colony were impoverished, Gilmore inherited the vast fortune of his parents' business in heavy armament production. Gilmore became a pirate not out of necessity, but rather because he was infatuated with the aesthetic. Leaving his life of luxury behind to pursue the purses of others, he was of course wholly disappointed with the reality of his new criminal occupation. Having burned the bridge back to his old living as a CEO of weapons manufacturing, he had no choice but make the most of the pirate's life. He adopted a fleet doctrine of missile ordnance saturation, or 'More Missiles!' as his subordinates called it, which is where he drew inspiration for his name.
