Briefly describe the background and/or personality of a character you enjoy playing (Can be SS14, DND, or a character you just made up!):

I'm pretty new to SS14 (most of my previous RP is in DnD and UO), but I've been playing Aims-to-Please, a lizardman trying to make his way in life. So far, he's been trying not to step on any toes while he gets his sea (space?) legs. Mostly he's just been a friendly (if nervous) face and I've been enjoying the mini-game of getting as many "s"'s as possible into my dialogues. He's done shifts in science and cargo but hasn't really had a lot of opportunities for conversations on previous stations. Secretly, in his cold-blooded heart, he knows he has what it takes to push all the way to QM/RD one day and show all his space-school bullies that they were wrong to doubt him.

What made you join Funky Station?:

Based on what I've read, Funky has a good mix of RP and flexibility. Like many of the other new folks I've been trying to find a good fit and I'm hoping this will be it. I'm hoping for a bit more RP and less tide-ing.
