When are space animal organs powergaming

hi again funkymins! i'm curious as to when space organs (and other powerful organs) are powergaming and when they're allowed.
i get that it's generally frowned upon to use space organs as crew, but what about roles that are expecting to be in space/spaced areas a lot?

like say salvage implanted space organs in themselves to become space immune, is it powergaming?

say an engineer or paramedic got space organs implanted into themself so they didn't have to wear their suit, is that powergaming?

say a salvager killed a goliath and implanted the heart into themself, is that powergaming?

the rules need to include examples of rule breaks and non-rule breaks imo, thanks for reading.

People that have a direct and relevant use for them is fine to take them, like salvage or engi as you mentioned. It is not okay however for security or command to get them, unless

There is enough for large portions of the crew
There is a threat that warrants it
They did NOT ask them to be reserved for them, it should always be first come first serve
Command should not be ordering secoffs to get them

Also a side note, best let medical do surgery than salvagers doing surgery on the shuttle etc
