Event Idea- Department independence

essentially the gimmick is that all departments are made into their own factions and they have to decide whether or not to work together or to fight each other to become the last department standing.

the way it would work:

-Centcom sends a message: "Congratulations! Your station has been selected for our experimental social program! Your department is now an independent entity from the rest of the station. Supplies will be bluespaced in shortly, remember to put your department's interests first."

-each department has one laser crate, one shotgun crate, one riot gear crate, one sec lathe, one regular lathe, one circut lathe, one medicine crate, one set of chem supplies (chemvend, chemmaster, beakers, etc), one RTG, one crate containing 90 of every material, one crate containing three full toolbelts, one crate containing rations of food/water bluespaced in, and each head will be granted AA to their ID.

-one random person per department (heads included) will be granted the "ambitious" role (reskinned traitor) and their job is to make sure their department is the last one alive at the end of the shift.

-eventually (45 min into shift or when tensions start rising) CC will send the message "If a paper containing the stamp of three separate heads of staff and one head of staff's signature are faxxed to Central Command, reinforcements will be sent to operate under the signee's command. Good luck!" (the goal is to push the heads to either ally to get the reinforcements or to fight and steal the stamps to get the reinforcements, which would be a three person ERT team.)

cons i can think of:

-unfair sec advantage in combat would be bad if they don't use it for RP by being mercs or something (lets be honest it's sec they don't like RP)
-ERT reinforcements might cause snowballing power
-engie loosing or blowing SM or something if they're about to/do die
-requires all heads staffed
-no plan for what captain is meant to do
-generally requires highpop
-the tide.
